Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, please carefully review our return and warranty policy before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are considered final sale once opened or used.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Change-of-mind purchases

This policy helps ensure the safety, cleanliness, and integrity of all products for every customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with verification, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging condition upon arrival

Once reviewed and approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund (if applicable)

2-Year Warranty

INTIMYX™ products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal functional failures under normal personal use
  • Non-human-caused mechanical or electrical issues

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops or impact
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Water damage caused by misuse
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper charging accessories
  • Improper cleaning or chemical exposure

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After inspection and verification, we may:

  • Provide a replacement unit
  • Offer store credit at our discretion

INTIMYX be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under eligible circumstances, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider.
